The team acts for insolvency practitioners and other business recovery professionals in Northern Ireland and provides advice on matters which arise before or after formal insolvency appointments. The team provides legal advice which is both commercial and practical from lawyers specialising in this area of law.

The CR&I team frequently acts for liquidators, receivers, administrative receivers, administrators, supervisors of company voluntary arrangements and trustees in bankruptcy.

The CR&I team provides specialist advice to lenders where a borrower becomes distressed or is under performing. The CR&I team provides specialist advice on:
