Our dedicated finance unit covers a full range of banking work, from corporate lending to regulatory work and from project finance to securitisation. The unit is a multi-disciplinary one, drawing on lawyers with extensive experience in property based lending, those from a corporate background with experience in funding corporate acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs and others experienced in project finance and PPP transactions. In addition, the firm has considerable expertise in asset finance and securitisation. We act for all types of borrowers and for a number of leading lenders in the banking and financial services sector.
