David joined L’Estrange and Brett in 1994. He specialises in commercial litigation including agency/distributorship disputes, contract disputes, insolvency and intellectual property. He also deals with a large volume of insurance claims on behalf of employers and motor insurers.

David worked with the European Commission in Brussels before joining L’Estrange and Brett and is also a member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

David was named as a 'leader in the field' for dispute resolution in Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2008 and was commended for his expertise in this field.
