Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Northern Ireland in 2000, became an associate in L'Estrange & Brett's corporate department in 2003.
Education:
University of Bristol ((Euro) LL.B) (which included a year studying European law at the University of Leuven in Belgium); Nottingham Law School (LPC).

Member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and England and Wales.

Sarah joined the firm in 2000 having completed her training with leading English firm Mills & Reeve. She advises on all aspects of corporate law, acquisitions and disposals. In particular, Sarah has advised a number of clients on the tax aspects of significant share acquistions and disposals. In addition, she has experience advising on banking and project finance matters.
