Thomas Dickson

Thomas joined L'Estrange & Brett as a trainee in 2003 and is now an associate solicitor in the firm's corporate department.

As part of his training with the firm, Thomas was seconded to the firm's North South Legal Alliance partner, McCann FitzGerald Solicitors in Dublin. During his secondment he worked in their corporate department where he assisted in a number of transactions.

Thomas' main areas of practice are in corporate and commercial law, and he also has a keen interest in intellectual property law.

Thomas has worked on a number of acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations and general commercial work. He also advises a number of ongoing clients in respect of intellectual property rights and licensing of IP, and has recently been referred to as a "rising star" in the intellectual property and information technology section of the European Legal 500 (2008) for Northern Ireland.
