Jennifer Brannigan

Jennifer joined the firm's corporate department in October 2005. She joined the firm from London firm, Harbottle & Lewis, LLP, where she worked in the company commercial department for two years. Prior to this, Jennifer trained and subsequently practiced for three years with city firm Linklaters, during which time she was seconded for nine months to BT where she specialised in private equity investment into BT-incubated technology companies.

Jennifer advises in connection with the full range of corporate work, including private company acquisitions (including MBOs and MBIs), disposals, joint ventures and investment and shareholder arrangements.

She also advises on intellectual property and information technology law, including the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights (including assignment, licensing and franchise agreements), information technology-related public procurement projects and outsourcing agreements.
