Federica Marra

Federica joined the Firm's corporate department from the London office of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo LLP, one of the top 5 Italian law firms, where she worked as an associate in the Banking and Finance Department, advising major UK investment banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of banking/finance work, including securitisation transactions, debt finance and bank regulatory issues.

Prior to this, Federica had worked in the corporate department of City firm Linklaters both in London and Milan, where she advised on all aspects of corporate work.

Federica is an associate in the firm's corporate department, and her main areas of practice are in banking and finance, particularly the area of banking, acquisition finance and securitisation.

She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the Italian Law Society.
