Ian W Huddleston

Ian is a partner in the firm's real estate unit. He advises in relation to all aspects of real estate law with an emphasis on development work and the property aspects of PFI/PPP transactions. Ian also advises on environmental and planning law and is a member of the Environmental and Planning Law Association for Northern Ireland. He supervises aspects of the private client unit such as tax planning and trusts, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Ian has facilitated and lectures on a specialist commercial conveyancing course for practitioners, run through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast.

Ian was named as a 'leader in the field' for real estate in Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2008 and in addition to his real estate experience is commended for planning and environmental law advice.
